New Year in Liverpool

I have very few photos from Christmas day. I guess that is an indicator that I was far too busy enjoying all the festivities with family. I do have a picture of two of my favourite presents… a sloth Christmas decoration and an Instax mini camera (scroll down for some Polaroids).IMG_4739

A few days later. during that strange time between Christmas Day and New Years Eve we joined friends at Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park.

And for New Years, you may know we try and spend it somewhere different every year. In recent years, we’ve been fortunate enough to get a few days on a city break catching some new rollercoaster experiences. But as we save for our big holiday in April, we stayed closer to home.

We spent the day and evening in Liverpool. We wondered the city and docks for some lunch and sights before heading to the hotel to get glammed up for an evening meal at Frederiks (Hope Street) and finished the night at Ghetto golf for crazy golf and cocktails!

A few snapshots on my new Instax mini…
